





At Townsquared, our product developers were constantly introducing new features for our members. To get the word out about new product features, we would create content and campaigns to announce and educate our members. This particular product feature, Townsquared's Resources was accompanied by this blog as well as email announcements, in-app messages, and a social media plan.

Small businesses organized on Townsquared through a movement called Take Back NYC to bring real change to the commercial lease laws in New York City. Bringing attention to the movement, we crafted blogs and emails that brought the voices of local businesses to the conversation.

In an effort to get our content in front of a wider audience, we developed drip email campaigns that paired blog content with a series of emails along the same topic. Shoplifting is a major issues for small businesses, so we prepared a series of blogs about loss prevention and store safety.

Through New York City agency PIE, I authored 60+ pieces of content for the exclusive, membership-based website and social platform, montecristosocialclub.com. Aimed at cigar enthusiasts, the content ranged from restaurant openings to cocktail recipes and alcohol reviews to international trips and luxury items like watches.
